According to Heat Magazine the National radio station offered Gareth a random slot,that obviously upset him and he decided to leave following 10 years at the station,a source told Heat that 5FM's DJ Fresh who replaced Gareth has been eyeing the Breakfast slot for months now. There's nothing wrong with evolution I personally feel as though 5fm should have opted for another way of kicking him out,like not renewing his contract.
